Overview
The VIGORVET Post-Cervical AI Catheter for Sows with stopper/lock is specifically developed for post-cervical artificial insemination in multiparous sows.
The large foam guide tip is designed to match the cervical anatomy of adult sows, providing reliable cervical fixation and an effective seal during insemination. Combined with a flexible inner probe, it enables safe semen deposition beyond the cervix for efficient post-cervical insemination. PCAI deposits semen beyond the cervix into the uterine body, allowing more efficient semen utilization while maintaining reproductive performance.
The integrated stopper helps control the insertion depth of the inner probe, improving positioning accuracy and reducing unnecessary probe movement during insemination. This configuration is widely preferred by commercial pig farms because it combines easy operation, stable performance, and excellent value.
Manufactured from 100% virgin material, every catheter is EO sterilized and individually packaged to ensure high biosecurity standards. Lubricated and non-lubricated versions are available.
